During our video call, I will give you tips, show you exercises, and help you with your training and race planning/preparation. You can schedule a 30 to 90-minute consultation.

One-on-One Coaching Services

PERSONAL TRAINING RUNS ($30/HOUR) For residents near Virginia Beach,VA personal training sessions are available. Other locations can be arranged upon request.

GROUP TRAINING RUNS ($15/PERSON) Group runs are an excellent way to enhance your athletic performance while enjoying the company of runners with similar goals. These sessions, each focusing on specific training areas like hill workouts, intervals, speed, or long-distance endurance, will be listed on the Events page.

RACE SUPPORT, CREWING, OR PACING Pricing is customized based on your specific needs and circumstances. I provide full race support, managing the extensive logistics from start to finish so you don't have to navigate it alone.
